Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN):
- Develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and perform skilled treatments, including medication fills
- Conduct assessments and provide ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient progress and report any status changes
Requirements of a Registered Nurse (RN):
- Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Computer literacy and strong documentation skills
- Prior RN experience in homecare or clinical settings
- Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
- Current driver’s license
- CPR/First Aid certified
